We are delighted that our students from Greater Manchester Mental Health Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have just passed their ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
Prospect has been working with the trust for three years, developing a cohort of staff to become coaches who form a coaching network through which their workforce can access coaching to support their development, leadership, health and wellbeing.
The programme consisted of:
Five days formal coaching programme and formal assessment of their coaching practice
CPD workshops
Group supervision
A dedicated ILM tutor to support them in completing their 100 hours of coaching and three assignments
Several of the students achieved well over their 100 hours of coaching experience and continued to support and coach staff during the COVID pandemic along with their significant operational roles during this unprecedented time.
CEO Donna Bradshaw and Senior Associate Jackie Barringer led the programme, saying "this is a significant achievement showing remarkable dedication and resilience given the work pressure that colleagues from GMMH have been under with the pandemic. To continue their goal of actively coaching has been tremendous.
"We congratulate each of you for this significant effort and fantastic accomplishment. Here at Prospect, we are immensely proud to have supported you and GMMH to develop the coaching network that enables a culture of supporting and developing their workforce."
