Dawn’s background in the public sector within organisational development and transformational leadership, and as a consultant with her own company, means she has extensive experience of working with local councils, democratic leaders and communities. She is passionate about linking people together and developing partnerships.
Dawn established her consultancy business in 2015, with a vision to provide interactive and enjoyable transformational leadership programmes and business and executive coaching to organisations and individuals, she has developed a reputation for delivering solutions tailored to the customers’ needs and keeping to the values within each organisation.
As a consultant she has been involved in a range of multi-site learning programmes with a range of clients and have had a particularly positive impact across the organisations building on the assets and strengths within the organisations and communities. Empowering organisations, communities and individuals to be the best they can be.
As a coach, mentor and facilitator, Dawn works with a strength based, reflective and empowering coaching style. She enables those she works with to make positive changes in their work and wider lives, to overcome challenges and self-limiting beliefs to achieve success.
