Donna Bradshaw
Owner and Coach
Donna first established a consulting business in 2004, leaving academia to find a way of making her knowledge both practical and socially useful. Her work is all about people and the belief that change will happen when people come together to be inspired, to learn, to reflect, to create ideas and to take action. Her approach brings energy, creativity, expertise, humour and confidence building to get people working together, whether that’s in the NHS, the public sector, communities or enterprise.
She often works in high profile, complex, and political situations helping people to develop clarity, consensus, priorities and solutions for action. Donna’s consulting portfolio includes: Leadership development Coaching Expert facilitation of small and large events Team building Board and organisational development and transformation Donna is a qualified coaching psychologist and a Principle Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
She is highly experienced and knowledgeable about the requirements for successful change, in particular the human relationships and dynamics, taking a focus on people’s strengths and passions and finding common ground with others to make change happen. Donna is also the national System Leadership Advisor for the Well North Programme, and Well North Enterprises CiC, and leads on their Social and Entrepreneurial Leadership Programmes and Pathfinder Immersion and Residential events.
