Julie believes in the potential of individuals and communities.
Julie enables individuals, teams, partnerships, and boards to be the best they can be, supporting strategic thinking, integrated working and improving the health of communities.
Julie has significant experience as an NHS leader (Director of Public Health, Chief Executive, System, National policy), working at the interface with local authorities on care and health improvement, including older people, children and Place and has a deep understanding of integration and inequalities.
She brings significant experience of working in unified boards and partnership boards and holds a non-executive director role and is Chair of the Quality Committee at a mental health NHS trust.
Her passion is working with individuals to be the best they can be, an accredited coach with significant experience of executive coaching and leadership development with local, regional, and national executives, senior managers, and clinicians in the NHS with widening experience including academia and the broader public sector.
She brings experience and understanding of organisational leadership in the public sector with a deep coaching capability to support individuals to be the best they can be.
As well as founding her own coaching business, Julie is often on the road in her campervan with her Cairn Terrier Archie.
