Penny is a qualified coach and a member of the Association for Coaching and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (BPS).
She is also a full member of the BPS and the Health Professions Council.
Penny is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in coaching, leadership development and facilitation.

Organisational Development events for teams, project management groups and organisational partnerships

Penny has designed and delivered a significant number of leadership development programmes which have incorporated developmental assessment tools, including personality, emotional intelligence and conflict management.
Her PhD explored the psychological contracts of NHS staff journeying through a merger.
Penny's previous positions include being a lecturer in Healthcare and Public Management at Manchester Business School and other roles in the NHS and retail sector.
