Pippa has had a varied career developing and leading large-scale health, communications and engagement programmes. She has held strategic roles in a range of settings including NHS, national and local government, the community and voluntary sector, and private enterprise. 

Pippa’s work has focused on leading multi-agency cross-sector collaborative partnerships for change, as well as creating award winning and innovative behaviour change campaigns. Holding a Masters in Public Health, her health and wellbeing background, work in social research and innovation, and organisational coaching blend well with her experience of running two socially-focused businesses.
